- Does not include skate hire.
- Excludes events (e.g. the Rollerworld All Night Event) unless specified otherwise

2. Upload Your Photo For Your Pass
Your photo must be:
- Clear and in focus
- In colour
- Contain no other objects or people
- Be facing forwards and looking straight at the camera
- Have your eyes open and visible
- Not have hair in front of your eyes
- Not have a head covering (unless it’s for religious or medical reasons)
- Not have anything covering your face
3. Collect Your Pass From Rollerworld Once It’s Ready
Once your photo is approved your card will be created and you’ll be notified once it’s ready to collect.
What if my photo isn’t approved?
If your photo doesn’t show your face clearly you may need to send in a new photo, we’ll contact you by email or phone to request a new photo.
How long does this take?
We aim to have cards made within 3-4 days once your photo is approved.
your pass will then be ready to collect during session times.
What if I haven’t received any emails after 4 days?
If you haven’t received any emails regarding your order at all please contact us immediately to get it resolved.
If you’ve received your order email but no email to say your card is ready to collect please still contact us through our contact form to request an update on your order and we’ll get back to you asap.
