COVID Measures

Rollerworld is still open with the following guidance.

Please be advised that RW is strictly adhering to the UK government guidance & recommend all guests check their Local area guidance & in particular higher tiers 3 & 4.

These measures are constantly changing may me different on arrival.

Rule of 6

“The Rule of 6” states that “no one should visit or socialise in a group of greater than 6, unless they are from the same household or support bubble.” We ask that all visitors to the rink are wary of this at all times, we and our staff have the responsibility to enforce this rule.

There must not be individual groups larger than six, and groups must not mix socially or form larger groups. Socially distance at all times from other attendees & Staff.

Face Coverings

Face masks or visors are required at all times throughout Rollerworld, except when skating on the rink or seated in the café or bar to eat or drink. People who are already exempt from the existing face covering obligations can attend but will be required to show proof of their exemption. You may be asked to leave if you are asked more than once.

Food & Drink

As a licensed premises, food and drink must be ordered from, and served at, a table. Customers must remain seated at a table to eat and drink. We highly recommend that this is done through our new and improved Food & Drink website with table service.

Please be aware when visiting our later sessions that last orders in the Café and Bar are at 10pm. This is a legal requirement; we apologise for any inconvenience. We have installed additional vending machines for hot drinks, bottled drinks & snacks to purchase after this time.

The water fountain can be used to re-fill bottles only.

Showing Symptoms

Anyone showing symptoms will not be able to attend. All attendees will have their temperature checked on entry to the venue. If you refuse, you will not be allowed entry.
