Speed & Fitness Skate Session

Look no further, Rollerworld’s speed, fitness & endurance training session is the choice for you!

Every Saturday

5:15PM To 6:45PM

At Rollerworld, Europes Finest Roller Skating Rink.

£10 per session booking online (or £12 on the door)

Requirements:

Must be a competent skater (Rollerworld sports level)

Ages 8 and over

Must have your own skates (No hire skates)

Quad or Inline Skates Welcome

During These Lessons You Will:

Skating with professional-level speed skaters

Learn proper speed techniques to increase speed and muscle efficiency

Fun Exercises to increase lung capacity and endurance

Gain power from start and over distance

Gain muscle, lose fat and increase metabolic rate

And most importantly, have fun!
