First and foremost, Rollerworld is dedicated to the health and safety of our guests and staff, as always. We are proactively monitoring the recent situation of the Coronavirus and are following all best practice guidelines issued by the authorities, above and beyond recommendations.

Rollerworld will continue to provide a world-class, fun experience, as we have for the past 30 years. To ensure your safety whilst visiting us, we have carried out a full risk assessment of the threat. In response we have put into place a system of safety measures, including stepping up our already very stringent cleaning and hygiene program to include extra, extremely thorough deep cleans when we are closed. When visiting us you will also see extra cleaning staff routinely sanitising all high contact areas such as door handles, handrails, lockers and more. We will also be limiting attendance to our sessions to 25% of our usual capacity and have removed and relocated some of our cafe seating and tables to comply with the recommended distancing under the latest guidance.

To help us, we ask that you sanitise your hands on entry to the venue using the hand gels provided, wash your hands regularly throughout your visit, cough or sneeze into a tissue and dispose of it into a bin and report any concerns you have to one our team.

We would also ask that in the interest of public safety and protection of others, if you feel unwell, or show any symptoms of Coronavirus (such as a cough, high temperature or a shortness of breath) that you delay your visit to Rollerworld until you are better. Rollerworld staff have been instructed to refuse entry to anyone they believe to be showing symptoms, so please be understanding.
