Skating passes give access to all standard sessions for no extra cost!
Passes are available for purchase until 23rd December for collection at Rollerworld.
Sessions included with your pass:
Special events are not included with skating passes.
Does not include skate hire.
Laser Quest And Karaoke is not be included in skating passes.
You can choose your start date for the pass while purchasing.
The start date must be between 27th December to 14th January.
All these passes are a 1-time cost and not a subscription.
Passes must be collected from Rollerworld Reception.
Passes may take up to 4 days to be ready to collect, Once ready you will be contacted by email.
Passes bought after 20th may not be ready to collect until Christmas Eve.

This offer only applies to passes bought on a single subscription.
Members can be under 18 but the application and payment must be made by an adult over 18.
You cannot transfer or share your membership with anyone else.
Membership starts from the day of purchase.
All passes require a photo to be uploaded showing all members.
Pass holders must follow the Rollercode. Failure to do so may result in the membership being cancelled without a refund.
A photo is required for each pass holder. This photo will show on our front reception on check in to confirm the pass is yours.
Your pass card will have your unique 16 digit member number on it for checking in at reception.
Your card may take up to a week to be ready to collect. Until that time front reception will be able to search for the membership by your name.
Your Pass card can also be used to store credit on it like a gift card to use within Rollerworld for the Cafe, Bar, Shop or other activities.
If you paid for a monthly subscription you will be automatically charged each month to the card used.
If a payment fails you will be notified and your membership will be put on hold until a successful payment is made or is canceled.
1 month memberships will be charged a single payment and automatically cancelled after 1 month.

Please note, this can take up to 7 days to change.
If you wish to cancel your membership please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include the email address you booked with, the payment person’s name, The name of the members you wish to cancel the membership for, and the reason for canceling.
Please note, at least 7 days notice needs to be given to ensure your pass is cancelled in time. If you do not receive confirmation of cancellation at lease 2 days before your membership will renew please contact us.
If you are purchasing the pass for the same person and amount of people you can log in to your account and sign up again on this page. Your name and photo will still be saved to your account and will not need to be entered again.
If you would like to change the number of people, names of the pass holders or photo please contact email@example.com. We will delete your old data so you can sign up again.
Alternatively, you can sign up again with a different email address.
Our pass prices and special offers are subject to change.
We will give you at least 1 full months’ notice of any incoming price increase and will make it very clear when the price increase will take effect and how much your membership will cost after the increase.
During this period, you will have your usual right to terminate your membership. If you do not terminate the membership by the date given to you in the notice, then the price of your membership will be increased in accordance with our notice.
