RollerHIIT is a brand new Roller Fitness Class created by Coach Adam Jukes who is also a Certified Personal Trainer. Adam spent months during lockdown teaching fitness classes online. Not to be missed!

Our new class is aimed to increase strength and overall fitness using specifically tailored movements you can do in your skates,

Not comfortable enough on your skates yet to do fitness, don’t worry Adam will have exercises you can do without skates too.

Everyone’s invited to join in and have fun getting fitter!

Session Details

  • Inline & Quad Welcome
  • 45 minute class
  • 30 minute workout
  • 15 minute warm-up & cool down/stretch

All fitness levels welcome

RollerHIIT uses three levels of intensity so everyone can train together, Adam will be making a video explaining in more detail soon on our Instagram.

  • Level 1 15s work 45s rest
  • Level 2 30s work 30s rest
  • Level 3 45s work 15s rest

Requirements

  • Skate hire is unavailable during RollerHIIT
  • The minimum age for RollerHIIT is 14 years old
